Rooftop unit: Because it is very easy to install, the packaged rooftop unit (and the split rooftop unit) remains one of the most popular air conditioning systems for commercial and industrial buildings. Wall-mounted and central heat pump: Although often used in residential environments, heat pumps are a wise choice in the commercial sector. Multi-zone wall-mounted heat pump: For commercial or industrial buildings where the installation of a central system is too complex or simply impossible, a multi-zone wall-mounted air-conditioning system remains the ideal solution. With the capacity to serve several rooms, multi-zone wall-mounted air conditioning systems require only one outdoor condenser, but several units distributed indoors.
Commercial split heat pump: The split heat pump will allow you to air-condition even if you do not have a central forced-air system with ventilation ducts. The heat pump also allows you to heat during the winter and save on your electricity bills since these systems use very little energy compared to your electric radiators. This system consists of a unit located outside the residence called a condenser and a unit located inside on a wall called an evaporator.
Cooling Tower (Water Cooler): Although less well known, the cooling tower is a sophisticated, high-efficiency cooling system that can provide a very large volume of air conditioning. This type of system works like a heat exchanger, by direct contact between water and ambient air. Its efficiency is based on the contact surface between the liquid element and the air. However, these systems, therefore, require careful and rigorous maintenance.
